Identify wards and create a detailed per-street engagement plan covering every applicable street.

Submit plan & obtain approval
Submit the plan and obtain approval from the Municipal Program Liaison.
- T0 + 5 to 9 Days per ward
House visits
Execute house visits focused on consumer-benefit education and roof-footage / rooftop assessment.
- T0 + 10 Days
Transfer Per Street Report (PSR)
Transfer the Per Street Report (PSR) to the Electrical Department.
- T0 + 15 Days
Complete system updates
Complete system updates across MyMunic and Municipal systems.
